Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of https://www.hospitalhunter.com and related Hospital Hunter services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who we are

The Service is operated by Tensor Foundry & Labs (“we”, “us”, “Hospital Hunter”), a company based in India.

3. The Service

Hospital Hunter provides:

• A public hospital directory and search experience for patients and families
• Patient account features, appointment requests, and related notifications
• Hospital owner and staff tools for clinic operations (ERP), including appointments, billing, and clinical workflows where enabled

We may add, change, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

4. Accounts and eligibility

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Hospital staff and owner accounts are intended for authorized clinic personnel only.
• The Service is not directed at children under 18 without appropriate parental or guardian involvement.

5. Hospital and clinic responsibilities

Where a hospital or clinic uses Hospital Hunter to manage patients, appointments, billing, or clinical records:

• The hospital remains responsible for the accuracy of data it enters and for lawful processing of patient information.
• The hospital must obtain any consents required under applicable law before contacting patients (including via email or WhatsApp).
• The hospital must not use the Service for unlawful, misleading, or abusive purposes.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable law or third-party rights
• Attempt unauthorized access, scraping at scale, or disruption of the Service
• Upload malware or content you do not have rights to share
• Use the Service to send spam, bulk unsolicited marketing, or deceptive messages
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with a hospital or clinic

7. Notifications and WhatsApp

Where enabled, Hospital Hunter may send transactional notifications (for example appointment confirmations, cancellations, reminders, or payment receipts) through email or WhatsApp on behalf of a hospital using approved message templates. These messages are intended for patients who have an existing care relationship with that hospital. We do not use WhatsApp for unsolicited bulk marketing through the Service.

8. Fees

Some features may require a paid subscription or usage-based charges as described on our pricing pages or in a separate agreement with a hospital customer. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Intellectual property

We own the Service, branding, software, and content we create, except for content you or hospitals submit. You retain ownership of content you submit, and you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to operate the Service.

10. No medical advice

Hospital Hunter is an operations and discovery platform. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clinical decisions remain with qualified healthcare professionals and the hospital providing care.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Service.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Privacy and data deletion

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

To request access, correction, or deletion of personal data associated with your account, follow our data deletion instructions or email privacy@hospitalhunter.com from the address linked to your account. We will verify the request and respond within a reasonable period, subject to legal and operational retention requirements (for example hospital clinical records managed by a clinic on the platform).

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections under applicable law.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
